Product Description
STEINEL RS 200 SC is an anthracite LED wall and ceiling light with a 360° HF motion sensor and Bluetooth Mesh interconnection. Its aluminium housing and opal illuminated surface provide a restrained interior accent. The 17.1 W LED system delivers 1165 lm of 3000 K warm-white light for corridors, stairwells and shared areas.
Phone setup and grouped lighting
The STEINEL Connect app provides setup and grouping of compatible lights. Control signals travel wirelessly, while every fitting still requires a 220–240 V mains connection. The neighbouring-group function can activate lighting in an adjacent group to illuminate a route progressively.
The HF sensor detects movement through 360°, with an adjustable Ø1–8 m detection diameter. It can detect through glass or lightweight partitions, so coverage should be set for the room layout. Switch-off delay is 5 seconds–30 minutes; the ambient-light threshold is 2–2000 lx.
Set lighting levels to suit the space
Main light is adjustable from 50–100%. Adjustable basic light and a 4-hour continuous-light mode are also available. Soft light start creates a gentler transition into an illuminated room. Brightness is controlled by the fitting's own system; do not connect an external wall dimmer.
A compact, durable housing
Dimensions are Ø263 × 53 mm. IP54 denotes dust protection and resistance to water splashes, while IK10 indicates high impact resistance. Electrical class I requires a protective-earth connection. LED colour rendering is Ra 80, and the stated L70 lifetime is 54,000 h.
One light with its integrated LED system and mounting accessories is supplied. The LED is not user-replaceable. The instructions specify at least 3 m separation from Wi-Fi routers and access points to reduce interference. The SC version has its own sensor; RS 200 C is a separate sensor-free version.
