Product Description
Disano LITIO 2.0 Small 412000-00 (series 1141) is a professional asymmetric LED floodlight without a motion sensor for outdoor areas, access routes, building surroundings and technical spaces. POWER SWITCH provides a choice of 20 / 30 / 50 W. Maximum luminaire output is 7,410 lm, with a constant 4000 K neutral-white colour temperature at every setting.
Three power settings in one floodlight
The integrated DIP switch allows the installer to select the power and light output required for the application. The factory setting is 50 W. These are three fixed operating levels; power selection does not provide continuous dimming with a conventional wall dimmer.

Manufacturer-rated luminous efficacy is approximately 148 lm/W. The declared luminous flux has a manufacturer tolerance of ±10%.
Asymmetric optics and light quality
The asymmetric distribution directs light towards the area in front of the floodlight. The manufacturer's 55° value describes the angle of asymmetry; it should not be read as a conventional symmetric beam-opening angle. Select mounting height, spacing and aiming from the photometric data and the lighting calculation for the site.
CRI 80 provides colour rendering suited to functional lighting. SDCM 4 defines the colour consistency tolerance between luminaires. LOW FLICKER construction reduces flicker. The declared photobiological safety classification is RG0 Ethr.
Construction, protection and mounting
The die-cast aluminium housing incorporates cooling fins. The optics use temperature-resistant and UV-resistant PMMA, protected by 6 mm tempered glass. The anthracite RAL 7021 polyester powder coating is UV stabilised.
IP66 means dust-tight construction and protection against powerful water jets; the floodlight is not designed for immersion. IK10 identifies its mechanical impact protection. Equipment includes a galvanised and painted bracket adjustable through up to 180°, a watertight electrical connector, an anti-condensation valve, a silicone gasket and stainless-steel external screws.
A special marine-environment coating is available on request and is not automatically included with the standard RAL 7021 finish. The manufacturer recommends this optional coating for sites less than 5 km from the sea.

Rated life and warranty
The declared LED lumen-maintenance rating is 80,000 h L80B20. L80 refers to retention of 80% of the initial luminous flux; B20 indicates that up to 20% of the LED population may fall below this threshold at the declared time. This is a performance rating under specified conditions, not the warranty duration.
A five-year limited manufacturer's commercial warranty from the invoice date applies subject to the Disano warranty terms, including operation for no more than 4,400 hours per year. Installation and power-setting changes should be performed by a qualified installer following the manufacturer's instructions and maintaining the sealed electrical connection.
