Product Description
Lucide CHARLIE is a decorative children’s wall light in blue. Its rounded ears and broad face resemble a bear. The matt painted metal and black accents give the design a playful, clearly defined character, while light around the outline and through the eye openings highlights its shape against the wall. It suits a bedside area or a quiet corner where gentle evening illumination and a decorative feature are wanted.
The fitting includes one integrated LED source rated at 7 W, with a maximum luminous flux of 200 lm. Its 2700 K warm white light suits a cosy evening setting. CRI 80 describes colour rendering for everyday lighting, while the 120° beam angle and diffuse output illuminate the wall around the fitting. This is supplementary lighting with a modest output; the room’s main lighting should be planned separately.
A touch dimmer on the front, in the animal’s nose, operates the light and adjusts brightness for evening activities or a quieter atmosphere. The colour temperature is fixed: dimming changes brightness rather than the colour of the light. The body has no swivelling head or height adjustment, and there is no motion sensor or automatic ambient-light sensor.
The LED source has a manufacturer-rated expected lifetime of 30,000 h, 15,000 switching cycles and energy efficiency class G. Expected source lifetime is a technical rating; the fitting’s warranty is 3 years. No separate screw-in bulb is required.
The fitting measures 26 × 4.15 × 20 cm in width, depth and height; the exact drawing specifies a depth of 41.5 mm. Its round, colour-matched metal wall base measures Ø12 × 3 cm. Net weight is 0.91 kg. Allow wall space for the full outline and convenient access to the touch control on the front.
The light uses a 220–240 V, 50 Hz mains supply and has a 150 cm cable with plug. The LED driver and installation materials are included. IP20 means it is intended for dry indoor areas without protection against water. Electrical class II denotes double or reinforced insulation. Choose wall fixings and cable positioning to suit the surface and the children’s room, keeping the cable clear of walkways and loose loops away from the sleeping area.
