Product Description
Lucide VIDAL is a ring-shaped pendant with a matt gold/brass aluminium body and an opal light surface. Three fine suspension cables connect the open ring to a round metal ceiling canopy. Its brushed finish and open centre create a light composition above a dining table while preserving the view across it.
1 integrated LED source rated at 48 W provides 2750 lm of light output. Watts describe electricity consumption, while lumens describe emitted light. 2700 K is a warm white tone for an inviting atmosphere. CRI 80 indicates how accurately and naturally object colours appear compared with reference light, affecting the appearance of materials. The specified beam angle is 125°.
A compatible external dimmer adjusts brightness for dining or a relaxed evening and is purchased separately. Ordinary switching uses a wall switch; no sensor is fitted. The 2700 K tone is fixed. Light spreads around the ring, which is not designed to rotate or tilt for aiming.
Maximum overall dimensions are 58 × 58 × 150 cm, with a 58 cm ring diameter. The suspension height is adjustable from 70 to 150 cm after installation, helping coordinate the fitting with the table and ceiling. The round gold/brass metal canopy measures 22 × 22 × 4 cm, with a 22 cm diameter. The ring’s opal acrylic light section measures 58 × 58 × 4 cm. The attached cable is 150 cm long and silver-coloured. Net weight is 2.6 kg.
The fitting is designed for a 220–240 V, 50 Hz supply. Lucide specifies electrical protection class I, meaning protection with protective earthing. IP20 is intended for dry indoor use. The package contains 1 fitting, the LED source, driver and installation materials; separate bulbs are not required.
The LED source has energy efficiency class G on the A–G scale, which compares light-source efficiency, with A as the highest class. Its specified service life is 30 000 hours, with 20 000 switching cycles. Hours describe operating duration; cycles describe the number of on/off operations. The fitting has a 3-year warranty.
