Product Description
BINA groups three white porcelain shades into a decorative pendant. Cut-out patterns allow light to pass through the porcelain forms and add a subtle effect to their pale surfaces. White shades and a black ceiling fixing work well with natural materials in a dining room, living room or Japandi-inspired interior.
The porcelain shades are white inside and out, with decorative cut-outs and rounded globe forms. Each shade measures 20 × 20 × 20 cm. They diffuse light around the fitting, making the group suitable above a dining table, in the centre of a living space or over a separate seating area. The round ceiling fixing is made from black metal.
The overall height is adjustable from 70 to 145.7 cm before installation. Maximum overall dimensions are 45.5 × 40 × 145.7 cm; the catalogue diameter is 40 cm. Net weight is 4.55 kg. When positioning it above a table, consider the full footprint of the three shades and the clearance below them.
A 130 cm black fabric-covered cable forms part of the suspension. The light direction remains fixed after the hanging height is set. BINA connects to the ceiling wiring and is operated with a wall switch; it has no sensor.
The fitting needs 3 replaceable E27 bulbs, each rated up to 40 W; bulbs are not included. The maximum permitted bulb load is 3 × 40 W, while actual consumption, brightness, Kelvin value, colour rendering and lifespan depend on the chosen bulbs. The manufacturer recommends separately purchased model 49042/05/62. Matching colour temperatures help the shades maintain a consistent appearance. When choosing the bulb, use its Kelvin value to select warmer or cooler white light, lumens to compare brightness and CRI to assess how object colours will appear.
Dimming requires dimmable bulbs and a compatible external dimmer, not included. The fitting is intended for 230 V mains; the manual specifies 220–240 V AC, 50 Hz. It has electrical protection class II and an IP20 rating for dry indoor use. Class II means protection through double or reinforced insulation. IP20 does not provide water protection, so position the product where it will remain dry.
The package contains 1 pendant fitting with 3 shades and installation accessories. The fitting carries a 2-year warranty.
