Product Description
Lucide CELESTE is a slender metal floor lamp in black. Its round base, fine upright stem and thin ring-shaped upper light, complemented by a separate cylindrical reading head on the stem, form a restrained, modern silhouette. It suits a position beside a sofa or armchair, adding light to a seating area without occupying a side table. The separate reading source illuminates a book or another nearby surface.
The fitting has two integrated LED sources. The upper ring source is rated at 21 W, with a maximum luminous flux of 862 lm and a 120° beam angle. The separate reading source is rated at 3 W, 250 lm and 80°, concentrating light more closely on a nearby surface. The stated source powers total 24 W; 1112 lm is the arithmetic sum of the source outputs, which are directed into different areas.
Both sources provide 2700 K warm white light with high colour rendering at CRI 90. The warm tone suits relaxation, while the colour rendering helps furnishings, fabrics and printed illustrations appear more natural. The colour temperature is fixed; reducing brightness does not change the specified light colour.
The touch controls on the stem switch and dim the main ring and reading source independently. This lets you use only the required light or balance the brightness of the two areas. The manufacturer’s manual lists dimming ranges of 86–862 lm for the ring source and 25–250 lm for the reading source. There is no CCT adjustment or motion sensor, and the overall height is fixed.
Overall dimensions are 28 × 28 × 174 cm. The upper ring is Ø28 cm, and the round metal base measures Ø26 × 0.5 cm. The ring profile is 2 cm high. The reading head measures Ø3.2 × 12 cm. Net weight is 3.4 kg. These dimensions help assess space beside furniture while allowing a stable, level surface for the base. Power is supplied through the included driver/power adapter from a 220–240 V, 50 Hz mains outlet. The black 180 cm PVC cable with plug allows placement away from the socket. Electrical class III applies to the low-voltage part of the fitting, which must be used with its designated power adapter. IP20 is intended for dry indoor areas. The LED sources and assembly materials are included; no separate bulbs need to be purchased.
Both LED sources have an expected lifetime of 20,000 h and each is rated energy efficiency class G. The manufacturer specifies 30,000 switching cycles for the main source and 20,000 switching cycles for the reading source. The fitting has a 3-year warranty. Expected LED lifetime is a technical operating-life rating rather than the warranty period.
