Product Description
Lucide COZETTE is a decorative outdoor wall light with 2 E27 sockets. Its 25 × 25 cm square aluminium frame in rust brown surrounds a smoke-grey acrylic diffuser and two side-by-side bulbs. The symmetrical composition creates a more prominent wall accent and suits a wider entrance area or terrace.
Advantages
- Replaceable light source: choose an E27 bulb for the desired light colour, brightness and decorative appearance.
- Tinted diffuser and aluminium: smoke-grey acrylic complements the warm rust-brown finish while retaining the outline of the bulb.
- Outdoor installation: the IP65 enclosure is designed for facade, entrance and terrace lighting.
Light and control
The fitting requires two E27 bulbs rated up to 15 W each, sold separately. This is the permitted bulb rating, not a fixed consumption value for the empty fitting. Light spreads around the fitting through the diffuser; the head is not adjustable. Lumens, colour temperature and CRI are properties of the selected bulb, allowing the lighting to be matched to the setting.
The fitting is operated by a wall switch and has no built-in motion or twilight sensor. The manufacturer recommends the Lucide 49042/04/62 bulb with a twilight sensor. With that choice, automatic switching is provided by the bulb. The fitting’s dimmable rating applies when using a dimmable bulb with a compatible external dimmer; the recommended 49042/04/62 twilight-sensor bulb is not dimmable.
Installation and safety
COZETTE is designed for surface mounting on a wall. Overall dimensions are 10.4 × 25 × 25 cm, and net weight is 1.74 kg. Before drilling, compare the mounting drawing with the available wall area and cable outlet. Fixings must suit the wall material; the fitting’s height and light direction are not adjustable after installation.
The supply is 220–240 V, 50 Hz. Electrical class I requires a protective earth connection. IP65 indicates protection against dust ingress and water jets, maintained by correctly closing the enclosure and sealing the cable entry. The fitting is not intended for immersion. Disconnect the supply before installation or bulb replacement and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. The manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty.
Applications
Suitable for house entrances, terraces and decorative facade lighting. The rust-brown finish coordinates with brick, wood and warm facade colours. Repeating the same fitting along a wall creates a consistent appearance; spacing should be chosen according to the light output of the selected bulbs.
Tip
Because the bulb is visible, consider its shape as well as its light colour. When using the recommended twilight-sensor bulb, check that the sensor can detect daylight at the chosen location; constant light from another fitting may affect its switching behaviour.
