Product Description
Optonica 5159 is a black straight connector for joining two compatible single-circuit lighting tracks in one continuous line. It lets you adapt the total track length to the room and extend lighting beyond the reach of a single track section.
This arrangement is useful when creating a longer lighting run above shop shelving, along a corridor or across several areas of a living room. The black connector matches black track sections, helping the joint blend into the overall appearance of the installation.
Extend a straight lighting track
The connector is intended for the Optonica single-circuit 230 V track system and can be used with its black 5154 track. It joins consecutive track sections in a straight line; changes of direction require suitable corner connectors. When planning the installation, consider the track layout together with the positions of the luminaires and power connection.
Compatibility and installation location
Before ordering, check that your existing track belongs to this system. The term “single-circuit” alone does not establish compatibility between tracks and connectors from different manufacturers. The connector measures 78 × 43 × 20 mm, and its IP20 rating is suitable for dry indoor installations.
The product is a track connector. Tracks, luminaires and other system components are selected separately to suit the intended lighting layout.
