OPTONICA 2013 — round recessed fitting for a GU10 lamp
OPTONICA 2013 is a recessed ceiling fitting for one replaceable GU10 lamp rated up to 35 W. The white/black finish suits living spaces, corridors and other dry indoor areas. Select the lamp separately to obtain the light colour and brightness needed for the room.
White/black describes the two-tone finish of one fitting, not a choice of two separate colours.
Housing and dimensions
Housing material: aluminium. The manufacturer's product page specifies Ø98 × 38 mm and a net weight of 108.3 g. The outside diameter is not the ceiling cut-out size. Check the actual fitting against the manufacturer's drawing in the gallery before cutting the ceiling.
Choosing a lamp
Lamp not included; there is no integrated LED light source. Light output, colour temperature and beam angle depend on the chosen GU10 lamp. Dimming requires a compatible dimmable lamp and controller; the fitting itself does not contain a dimmer.
Installation and environment
IP20 — dry indoor use. The 38 mm housing height is not the total installation clearance: allow additional room for the lamp, holder and wiring. Follow the installation instructions for the supply connection and clearances, and disconnect power before installation. Stated manufacturer's warranty: 2 years.

GU10 lamp option
Available separately: Optonica 1769 — GU10, 5 W, 2700 K (Ø50 × 57 mm, 400 lm, 110°). This is a non-dimmable GU10 lamp for a 230 V mains supply, not a 12 V MR16 lamp. Allow ceiling space for the 57 mm lamp, holder and wiring; body height is not total installation clearance. The lamp is not included with the fitting.
Ceiling cut-out
Required ceiling opening: Ø85–95 mm. This is the cut-out diameter, not the outside trim diameter. Check the drawing and fixing positions of the actual fitting before cutting.
