Product Description
Lucide CASTOR is a slim round ceiling light with a black rim and an opal diffusing surface. The matte ABS body gives it a simple outline for a bedroom, hallway or other dry room with limited ceiling height. White and coloured lighting let the same fitting serve both everyday and ambient lighting purposes.
An integrated LED light source is included, rated at 20 W with a stated source output of 2000 lm. White-light options are 2700 K, 4000 K and 6500 K, covering warm, neutral and cool tones. RGB coloured lighting adds a separate way to change the atmosphere.
CRI 80 indicates colour rendering suitable for everyday lighting, helping reveal the colours of furniture and other objects. The specified beam angle is 120°; the light spreads broadly and there is no separately aimable head. The expected LED source life is 25 000 h, with energy efficiency class F. The manufacturer also specifies 15 000 switching cycles.
The remote control is included for brightness, white-light colour and RGB lighting control. Brightness adjustment and colour-temperature selection are separate functions. There is no occupancy sensor.
The fitting measures Ø32 × 3.5 cm and weighs 0.82 kg net. The stated dimensions of the rear ABS plate are 32 × 32 × 0.5 cm; these are not the screw spacing. Height and light direction are fixed, so choose its position to suit the intended light distribution in the room.
Designed for a 220–240 V, 50 Hz mains supply. IP20 is for dry indoor use and provides no water protection. Electrical class II means double insulation. The luminaire is wired to the fixed installation and has no cord with a plug. The LED source, driver and installation materials are included. The store warranty is 3 years.
