Product Description

Steinel L 190 S combines the character of a traditional outdoor lantern with modern automatic lighting control. The richly detailed white die-cast aluminium housing and clear glass panels suit classic façades, entrances and covered terraces, while the integrated infrared sensor ensures that light is available exactly when it is needed.

Design and application

The white lantern-style design is ideal for front doors, façades, courtyards, terraces, balconies and paths around the building. Clear glass leaves the bulb visible, so a decorative filament LED lamp can become part of the design. The basic-light function can keep the luminaire gently illuminated after dark and raise it to full brightness when motion is detected.

Installation notes

The luminaire is intended for vertical surface mounting on an outdoor wall. The E27 bulb is not included. For lower power consumption and reduced heat, a suitable LED bulb is recommended; the bulb must fit safely inside the glass enclosure. Installation on the 230 V mains must be carried out with the circuit disconnected.
