Product Description
Lucide LIANE creates a composition of two illuminated rings suspended beneath a long ceiling plate. Its rust-brown aluminium body gives the design a warm, restrained character. Open ring forms retain visible space between the ceiling fitting and furniture while creating a distinct lighting feature.
The 166 cm length suits a broader position above a table. Its two integrated 45 W LEDs provide 90 W and 4600 lm in total, diffusing light around the rings. No separate bulbs are needed. Coordinate the fitting’s scale with the table length and surrounding space.
Advantages
- Variable suspension height: a pulley mechanism adjusts the overall height from 100 to 200 cm, changing the position of the ring composition above the furniture.
- Selectable light colour: a CCT DIP switch on the mounting plate sets the colour temperature to coordinate with other light sources in the room.
- Adjustable brightness: a compatible external dimmer adapts the illumination for different uses of the table. The dimmer is not included.
Installation & safety
LIANE is ceiling-mounted with a 230 V connection in dry indoor spaces (IP20). A wall switch provides on/off control. Disconnect the supply and follow Lucide’s instructions, using fixings suitable for the ceiling construction. Use a qualified electrician to make the electrical connection.
Use cases
Consider it above a long dining table, larger kitchen island or meeting table. The rings form a clear arrangement along the furniture’s axis, while the rust-brown finish complements wood and earthy colours. The open shape is particularly visible where the table can be viewed across the room.
Good to know
Adjust the suspension height to preserve views across the table so the rings do not interrupt conversation between seated people. Colour temperature is selected with the CCT switch and brightness controlled separately. Select the CCT setting during installation in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
