Product Description
Lucide BIXX in champagne brings two slender cylindrical spotlights together on one rectangular ceiling plate. It lets you create two lighting accents with a single ceiling fitting. The warm metallic finish and straightforward shape suit a calm interior where the lighting should complement the furniture and surrounding materials.
Advantages
- Directed light: rotating and tilting heads let you choose the accent positions.
- A coordinated appearance: aluminium heads and a matching base form one fitting.
- Integrated LEDs: the light sources and driver are included.
Light and control
The fitting is dimmable and offers adjustable colour temperature from warm white to neutral white. A warmer tone suits a relaxed setting, while a more neutral tone may sit better alongside functional lighting. Check the compatibility of your chosen control equipment with this particular fitting.
Aim the two heads towards different areas or bring their light pools closer together within one zone. This helps the accents follow the furniture layout while retaining a single shared ceiling mounting.
Installation and use
The fitting is designed for surface mounting on a ceiling in a dry interior and a fixed electrical connection. Choose fixings suitable for the ceiling material and have a qualified electrician connect it. Before installation, compare the specification dimensions with the available space and the intended light direction.
Applications
This finish complements warm timber, cream colours and beige textiles. Use the two heads to highlight separate wall decorations or divide the light between shelving and a console area. In a living room, BIXX can supplement diffuse ceiling or wall lighting and add another layer to the scheme.
Tip
Choose the intended target for each head before deciding on the ceiling plate position. This helps both light points serve a purpose and avoids unnecessary overlap between the two beams.
