Product Description
Lucide THULINE is an airy pendant light with a composition of rounded bamboo shades. Its light wood appearance and black accents suit Japandi interiors and natural materials, for example above a dining table or seating area. The bamboo structure lets light spread around the fitting, while the varied shade volumes make it a visual focal point. The stated FSC 100% label identifies the bamboo as coming from responsibly managed, FSC-certified forests. The light direction is fixed.
Overall dimensions are 73 × 84.5 × 194 cm. The overall suspension height is adjustable before installation within 60–194 cm, allowing it to be matched to ceiling height and clearance above a tabletop. The three bamboo shades have diameters and heights of Ø31 × 18 cm, Ø45 × 25 cm and Ø60 × 25 cm. The black round metal ceiling plate measures Ø40 × 2.5 cm. The supplied black PVC-covered cable is 160 cm long, which helps plan the suspension. Net fixture weight is 3 kg. These dimensions and weight help establish the installation space and suitable support.
The fitting accepts 3 × E27 bulbs rated at a maximum of 5 W each. Bulbs are not included; LED bulbs with the appropriate base can be used. The wattage is the permitted limit for each bulb, not the fitting’s constant consumption or brightness. Actual consumption and light output in lumens (lm) depend on the chosen bulbs. Their colour temperature in kelvins (K) determines the light’s appearance: lower values mean a warmer white. Meanwhile, CRI helps assess how naturally object colours appear. Beam angle, energy efficiency and lifetime also depend on the selected source.
Day-to-day operation uses an external wall switch. Brightness can be adjusted with dimmable bulbs and a compatible external dimmer; the dimmer is purchased separately. Dimming relies on a compatible combination of bulbs and control, rather than any bulb fitted in the socket. The fitting has no sensor.
The fitting connects to a 230 V mains supply; the specified supply range is 220–240 V, 50 Hz. The IP20 rating suits dry indoor rooms and provides no protection against water. Electrical protection class II means protection is provided by double or reinforced insulation. The package contains one fitting and installation materials; the warranty is 2 years.
