Product Description
Lucide TATUM is a spike-mounted garden spotlight with a cylindrical body and a separate tilting head. Its matt anthracite powder-coated aluminium construction provides a restrained form that keeps the focus on the illuminated plant, wall or garden feature. The directional beam suits individual accents.
The single integrated LED source is rated at 4.5 W and a source luminous flux of 550 lm. Its 3000 K warm-white light suits a calm outdoor setting. CRI 80 describes colour rendering, which matters when recognising planting and facade colours after dark, while the 30° beam angle indicates the spread of the light.
The light head tilts vertically, allowing it to be aimed at the chosen feature after the spike is installed. The 30° beam provides a focused pool of light for highlighting a particular detail. The fitting is not telescopic; aiming the head changes the target, not the light colour or brightness.
The exact-model drawing gives a total height of 39.5 cm including the ground fixing, of which 25 cm is the spike section. The upper assembly is 9 cm across; the light head measures Ø4.5 × 12 cm, and the fixing section has a nominal diameter of Ø4.5 cm. Net weight is 0.55 kg. The visible height after installation depends on how much of the spike is inserted, so the total product height is not its height above the ground.
The ground spike is designed for insertion into soil, such as a flowerbed or lawn edge. Provide a safely routed supply cable before installation and connect it to the connector shown in the manual, tightening the cable gland securely. The spike simplifies mechanical positioning, but the fitting still requires a mains electrical connection.
Brightness and light colour are fixed; everyday switching requires an external wall switch, not included. There is no built-in motion or day/night sensor. Operation is therefore controlled through the supply circuit, while the light distribution depends on the manually selected head position.
The light is designed for fixed connection to a 230 V mains supply; the manual specifies an operating range of 220–240 V, 50 Hz. Electrical Class I requires a protective-earth connection to the metal housing. No power cable with plug is fitted, so suitable outdoor wiring and a protected connection must be provided at the installation point.
The IP65 housing is dust-tight and protected against water jets, making it suitable for outdoor use. This protection depends on correctly sealed connections and gaskets during installation; the light is not designed for immersion in water.
The manufacturer specifies an expected LED life of 10 000 h. The light source has energy efficiency class F. Expected life is a technical service-life rating; the luminaire carries a 3-year warranty. The LED source and installation materials are included. No separate bulb is required.
