Product Description
STEINEL RS PRO R10 plus SC is a shallow round LED fitting for corridors, stairwells and other dry indoor spaces. Its white housing and opal polycarbonate cover suit both shared residential areas and passageways in workplaces. The plus version adds backlighting, creating a halo on the wall or ceiling around the housing. This rear light can be switched on or off separately, allowing its appearance to suit a stairwell or a more decorative corridor setting.
Neutral white light in a shallow housing
The integrated 8.5 W LED system delivers 1053 lm at 4000 K. Neutral white light suits a clear, practical atmosphere in circulation areas. Colour temperature is fixed for this article. A 300 mm diameter and just 55 mm depth keep the fitting unobtrusive when mounted on a wall or ceiling. The stated luminous flux applies with the rear backlight switched off.
Concealed detection and adjustable lighting
A concealed 360° HF sensor detects movement across a zone up to 10 m in diameter. Reach can be reduced electronically, while the supplied slot-in shrouds help restrict individual directions. Since high-frequency signals can detect movement through glass and lightweight partitions, adjusting the coverage helps tailor operation to the corridor. The STEINEL Connect app sets the stay-on time from 5 seconds to 60 minutes and the ambient-light threshold, together with main-light and basic-light brightness.
Bluetooth Mesh groups with options to expand
Bluetooth Mesh connects compatible lights into groups without an extra control cable. The neighbouring-group function can activate light in the next area, while adjustable fading smooths changes in brightness. Basic lighting provides orientation between detections. The fitting can be equipped with a separately purchased emergency-light module or connected to a suitable central battery system.
