Product Description
The Lucide LIANE wall light combines a clear horizontal form with a rust-brown metal body. Its 62 cm length creates a distinct line across the wall, while the projection of just 3.4 cm keeps its profile restrained. Rounded corners complement the simple outline.
Two integrated LEDs provide a combined 20 W and 1100 lm. Light is directed onto the wall above and below the fitting, creating an additional layer alongside ceiling lighting. A colour rendering index of CRI 90 supports the natural appearance of interior colours.
Advantages
- Upward and downward light: illuminates the wall on both sides of the body, extending the light beyond the fitting while retaining a clear horizontal arrangement.
- Selectable light colour: a CCT DIP switch on the mounting plate sets the colour temperature, allowing it to coordinate with other lighting in the room.
- Adjustable brightness: a compatible external dimmer lets you adapt the output to different occasions. The dimmer is sold separately; the LED sources are already integrated.
Installation & safety
The fitting requires a fixed 230 V connection and dry indoor conditions (IP20). A wall switch provides everyday on/off control. Install with the supply disconnected and follow the manufacturer’s instructions; use a qualified electrician for connection. Select the preferred light colour before closing the mounting plate.
Use cases
Consider LIANE for supplementary lighting in a living room, dining area or hallway. Above a sideboard it can follow the furniture’s horizontal line; on an open wall it becomes a feature in its own right. The rust-brown finish complements wood and earthy colours.
Good to know
Check the spacing around nearby furniture so it does not obscure the light above or below the body. Colour selection and brightness adjustment are separate: use the CCT switch for the light colour and a compatible dimmer for everyday brightness control.
