Product Description
STEINEL Spot ONE SC in anthracite is a compact outdoor wall spotlight with one adjustable head and a replaceable GU10 LED bulb. Its directed beam is suited to an entrance, façade, terrace or driveway. This SC version combines a motion sensor with Bluetooth settings and grouping in the STEINEL Connect app.
Aim the light where it is needed
The head swivels 180° horizontally and tilts 90° vertically to illuminate a chosen part of the wall, entrance or path. The supplied bulb provides 3000 K warm white light with an approximately 38° beam. The transparent front rim adds a small light accent around the head.
The current manufacturer datasheet specifies 512 lm for the complete luminaire and 7.9 W total input power at full output. CRI 81 describes colour rendering; SDCM 5 describes initial colour consistency. The declared light-source life is more than 20,000 hours (L70B50 at 25°C).
A replaceable GU10 bulb is included
The package includes one 3000 K GU10 LED bulb. The manual specifies 6.7 W for that bulb; this is bulb power, while the 7.9 W figure above is the input of the complete luminaire. The user can replace the bulb by opening the front cover, so a failed bulb does not require replacing the entire fitting.
Use a GU10 LED replacement bulb rated up to 9 W. Halogen lamps and an external dimmer are not supported. This model also has no dimmed basic-light mode or soft start. The supplied bulb is energy class F, 7 kWh/1000 h (LS-0003, EPREL 715074); these energy-label figures describe the replaceable bulb.
90° motion detection for an entrance or path
The passive infrared (PIR) sensor responds to moving heat sources such as people and animals. It covers 90° with a reach of up to 10 m across the detection zone or up to 2 m when approaching the sensor directly. Position it across the normal walking direction for reliable detection. The recommended mounting height is 2 m, with a maximum of 2.5 m. The PIR sensor does not detect movement through glass or walls; keep its line of sight unobstructed.
Bluetooth settings and coordinated lighting
Use the STEINEL Connect app on an Android or iOS device to set an ON time from 5 seconds to 60 minutes and a twilight threshold of 2–2000 lx. Teach accepts the current ambient brightness as the switching threshold. A lower lux setting restricts activation to darker conditions. Each new movement restarts the timer.
Compatible Spot-series SC lights can form a Bluetooth Mesh group for coordinated operation and individual group and light names. Functions include automatic or manual ON/OFF, up to 4-hour continuous lighting, ON/OFF schedules and master/slave override. Every light still needs a mains supply; Bluetooth carries the control signals between fittings.
After a power interruption, reconnect the light through the STEINEL Connect app to synchronise its internal clock with the phone and restore accurate scheduled operation. Factory settings are 5 seconds and 2000 lx. Standby consumption with the light off is 0.42 W. The manual lists the same figure as network standby; these are not two loads to add together.
Aluminium construction for outdoor wall mounting
An aluminium housing, IP44 and IK03 support outdoor use in the mounting position specified by STEINEL. IP44 provides protection against splashing water and solid foreign objects over 1 mm; IK03 identifies the tested impact-resistance level. The front cover is transparent plastic. The operating ambient range is −20 to +40°C.
Mount the fitting on a wall with the cable concealed behind it or routed over the surface using the supplied spacers. Dimensions are 175 × 97 × 98 mm (depth × width × height); the head diameter is 69 mm. Supply: 220–240 V, 50–60 Hz, electrical Class I with protective earth (PE). Package contents and care
Included: one luminaire, one GU10 LED bulb, wall bracket, 3 screws, 3 wall plugs, 3 spacers and instructions. A corner bracket is not included. The current manufacturer net weight is 496 g. Clean with a damp cloth without detergents; when replacing the bulb, keep the front-cover seal clean and undamaged. The fitting has a 3-year manufacturer warranty subject to its terms.

The shared Spot ONE/DUO manual also contains earlier photometric values, including 620 lm and SDCM 6. This product card uses the current manufacturer datasheet for EAN 4007841058630 for complete-product light output, input power and colour data: 512 lm, 7.9 W, CRI 81 and SDCM 5. The bulb is replaceable; a different GU10 LED bulb may change the output, colour temperature and beam angle.
