Product Description
STEINEL L 330 S is a round anthracite wall light with automatic motion detection. Its opal PMMA diffuser spreads the light, while the dark frame provides a restrained detail beside an entrance, garage or staircase. The manufacturer permits installation on indoor and outdoor walls, making this model suitable for shared circulation areas as well as the approach to a building.
Warm white lighting with a robust cover
The integrated 8.4 W LED system delivers 815 lm of warm white 3000 K light. There is no separate bulb to purchase. A weatherproof plastic base and impact-resistant diffuser provide a practical construction for everyday use. The fitting carries IP44 protection and an IK10 impact rating, with a simple circular front that works with different building styles.
360° detection and four lighting programmes
A 360° passive infrared sensor detects movement up to 7 m away when crossing its detection zone. The stated reach for a direct approach is 2 m. Included shrouds allow unwanted sections to be masked. Physical controls on the removable sensor module adjust the operating time from 5 seconds to 15 minutes, the twilight threshold from 2 to 1000 lux, and the programme.
The standard programme uses a gradual soft start. Comfort mode maintains approximately 10% basic lighting and increases brightness when movement is detected; the economy programme keeps basic lighting until the calculated middle of the night. Nightmatic mode switches according to ambient brightness without evaluating movement. A separately installed mains switch can also activate four hours of continuous lighting.
Coordinated lighting around the building
A K-line communication cable can link up to 10 L 330 S or L 331 S lights, allowing movement at one fitting to activate the group. Maximum cable length is 50 m and the same programme must be selected throughout. Article 053079 has a five-year manufacturer's warranty. The LED light source and control gear are not replaceable.
