Product Description
STEINEL L 820 SC is an outdoor wall light in anthracite that combines entrance illumination with an illuminated house number panel. Light travels upwards and downwards, highlighting the wall and the number above the fitting. The horizontal aluminium body provides a restrained architectural detail while giving your address a clear position beside the entrance.
Its integrated 9.8 W LED module delivers 679 lm of warm white 3000 K light, with no separate bulb required. The house number panel and self-adhesive numbers are included so you can adapt the fitting to your address. The number shown in the photographs is an example. This makes the design particularly useful where visitors need to identify the entrance after dark.
Automatic light for the approach
A concealed 160° iHF high-frequency sensor detects movement without an exposed sensor lens interrupting the housing. Detection reach can be adjusted from 1 to 5 metres to suit the approach to the door. The recommended installation height is 2 m. A selected twilight threshold determines how dark it must be before movement activates the light.
The STEINEL Connect app allows operating time to be set from 5 seconds to 60 minutes and the twilight threshold from 2 to 2000 lux. Both main and basic light levels are adjustable, letting you keep the number gently illuminated and increase the light when someone approaches. Soft starting and stopping make brightness changes gradual. Permanent lighting and schedule functions offer additional control over the evening lighting.
Bluetooth Mesh lets compatible fittings communicate as a group without extra control wires. Every light still requires a mains supply. The IP44 housing is designed for outdoor wall installation, with mounting accessories included. This is the sensor-equipped house number version, article 065713. The integrated LED module and control gear cannot be replaced.
