Product Description
The Lucide CHANTAL pendant's cream fabric shade creates a broad, organic outline. Its textile texture and rounded contours complement Japandi interiors, pale wood and calm room colours. It can be positioned above a round dining table or used as a decorative feature in a bedroom or seating area.
Advantages
- Broad textile silhouette: the Ø50 cm cream shade complements wood, pale colours and Japandi interiors.
- Adaptable height: set the suspension between 70 and 150 cm during installation to suit the furniture beneath it.
- Lighting that can be changed later: the replaceable E27 bulb allows a different light tone or brightness while keeping the fitting.
Light and control
The fitting requires one E27 bulb rated up to 25 W. It is not included; the manufacturer recommends 49033/05/62 as an example. This wattage limit does not determine how bright a chosen LED bulb will be, so the required light output should be assessed from its lumens and the intended use of the space.
The tone of the light spreading around the shade depends on the bulb's colour temperature. A lower Kelvin value gives a warmer white tone that can suit a relaxed dining or seating area. A higher CRI helps textiles, food and furniture colours appear more natural. These characteristics can be changed later by replacing the bulb while keeping the fitting.
Dimming is possible with a dimmable E27 bulb and a compatible external dimmer. The dimmer is not included. Everyday control uses a wall switch; there is no motion or dusk sensor. Height adjustment is made during installation, and the fitting has no adjustable spotlight head.
Installation and safety
The shade is 50 cm in diameter. Its overall suspension height can be set between 70 and 150 cm during installation to suit the furniture below. The metal ceiling plate is 12 cm in diameter and 2.5 cm high, finished in cream to match the shade. The net weight is 0.55 kg.
The required supply is 230 V. IP20 is for dry indoor use. This electrical class I fitting requires a protective earth connection in accordance with the installation diagram. Installation materials are included, while the bulb is purchased separately. The manufacturer specifies a 2-year warranty.

Applications
The CHANTAL pendant suits a round dining table, bedroom or seating area. Its rounded contours and textile surface work with pale wood and a calm room colour palette.
Tip
When selecting the height above a table, check the view while seated before fixing the suspension. Consider the bulb CRI as well if the colours of textiles and furniture are important.
