Product Description
STEINEL LS 300 S is a white outdoor LED floodlight with a motion sensor for driveways, courtyards and side entrances. Its broad, adjustable lighting head lets you aim the light at the required area, while automatic switching provides illumination as you arrive home or move around the building.
The 29.5 W LED system delivers 2704 lm of neutral white 4000 K light. The light source is integrated, so no separate bulb is needed. A ceramic reflector distributes the output, while the aluminium floodlight head and clear glass cover form a practical assembly for directing the light.
Adjust illumination and detection independently
The floodlight head turns 80° horizontally and 150° vertically. The sensor housing also swivels through 160° horizontally. This allows you to aim the illumination along a driveway while directing detection towards the approach from a door or path.
A 240° passive infrared sensor detects movement up to 12 m away when someone crosses the detection zone. Reach is shorter when approaching directly. Included masking shrouds help exclude unwanted sectors, such as movement beyond the intended entrance area. Around 2 m is the recommended installation height for optimum detection.
Physical control dials set the operating time from 10 seconds to 15 minutes and the twilight threshold from 2 to 1000 lux. Further movement restarts the timer, keeping the light responsive while the area is in use. These controls let you adapt operation to the site directly on the fitting.
The IP44 housing is designed for outdoor wall mounting, with installation accessories included. This is the white sensor-equipped version, article 067588. It is not dimmable, and the integrated LED module and control gear cannot be replaced.
