Product Description
STEINEL RS PRO DL 150 SC is a compact white recessed downlight for corridors, stairwells and shared washrooms. Its visible circular trim measures 174 mm across, while the sensor is concealed inside the housing, keeping a projecting detector lens out of the ceiling design. Designed for indoor use, it combines illumination, motion detection and wireless group control within one fitting.
Three white light settings in one fitting
The 10.8 W LED system offers a physical colour-temperature selector on the luminaire. Choose warm 3000 K light, neutral 4000 K or cooler 5700 K to suit the room. The corresponding output is 1109, 1177 and 1137 lm, allowing the same product family to serve areas with different lighting preferences. Basic and main light levels are configured through the app; this fitting is not intended for connection to an external phase-cut dimmer.
Motion control across connected areas
An integrated 360° high-frequency sensor detects movement across an area up to 7 m in diameter. STEINEL Connect provides adjustment of the operating time and ambient-light threshold. Bluetooth Mesh allows compatible fittings to form groups without an additional control cable. The neighbouring-group function can illuminate the next area ahead, while an adjustable basic level maintains orientation lighting between detections. Soft start and fade settings provide gradual changes in brightness.
Recessed installation with separate cut-out dimensions
The fitting has a 73 mm housing height and spring clips for ceiling installation. Its standard cut-out is Ø 140–155 mm; the visible outer trim measures 174 mm. An optional refurbishment trim can adapt larger existing openings. IP54 protection applies to the room-facing side, while the part above the ceiling is IP20. WAGO terminals support connection and three-pole through-wiring. The model has a five-year manufacturer's warranty; the LED source and driver are not replaceable.
