Product Description
STEINEL Spot Garden N is an anthracite LED garden spotlight with a ground spike, with twilight switch. It suits flower beds, shrubs, decorative planting and other garden features. The head tilts through 90° to direct light where it is needed.
Warm-white light and a replaceable bulb
One 6.7 W GU10 LED bulb is included. With this bulb, the complete fitting delivers 512 lm of 3000 K warm-white light. Total operating power is 7.86 W. The manufacturer also lists 620 lm for the bulb itself; the complete fitting delivers 512 lm after optical losses.
The bulb is user-replaceable, so reaching the end of its life does not require replacing the entire fitting. Use a GU10 LED bulb rated up to 9 W; halogen bulbs are not suitable. The fitting is not dimmable. The supplied bulb has energy efficiency class F and an energy-label consumption of 7 kWh/1000 h.
NightAuto: automatic light at dusk
The integrated twilight switch measures ambient brightness, turning the light on as darkness falls and off when daylight returns. A control dial sets the threshold from 2 to 1000 lx: a lower setting means the surroundings must be darker before the light switches on. A permanently-on setting is also available.
The N version does not detect movement and has no Bluetooth. No app is needed for adjustment. The factory setting is permanently on; select a twilight threshold to enable automatic dusk operation. Keep leaves and other objects clear of the light-level sensor. Standby consumption is 0.20 W.
Installation and supplied items
The aluminium housing is designed for outdoor use. IP44 denotes protection against water splashes, while IK03 is the impact-resistance rating. A 2.5 m cable with mains plug connects to an outdoor IP44 socket. The fitting operates on 220–240 V mains power and is electrical class I, requiring a protective earth connection.
The package contains the light with cable, a ground spike, two screws and a GU10 LED bulb. Push the spike into the soil. Total height including the spike is 369 mm; the visible height depends on insertion depth. The manufacturer's drawing gives 118 × 69 × 369 mm (depth × width × height).
The stated LED lifetime exceeds 20,000 hours at L70B50 and 25 °C. The manufacturer provides a 3-year warranty subject to its terms. Keep the cover seal clean and undamaged when changing the bulb. Detailed settings and installation steps are available in the manual below.
